I'm happy to announce that as of June 2025, I am working in a group practice. Click the header above if you are seeking therapy services.

who Am I?
I grew up in the U.S. South and earned a degree in Theater Arts with a minor in Education from The University of the South. After moving to New York City, I taught theater in four of the five boroughs while also pursuing acting. Through years of parent meetings that felt a lot like therapy, I found my true calling in psychology.
In 2011, I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and served as an adjunct faculty member for two years. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and GAYLESTA: The Psychotherapist Association for Gender & Sexual Diversity.
I am a member of Mind the Gap, an organization dedicated to promoting the healthy development of transgender, gender-expansive, and nonbinary children, youth, and their families by providing mental health services rooted in gender acceptance and diversity.
Since becoming an LMFT, I have blended my passion for expressive arts with my experience in individual, group, and family therapy. I completed a two-year, 400-hour Person-Centered Expressive Arts facilitation training developed by Natalie Rogers. More recently, I have deepened my focus on integrating mindfulness and embodiment into my therapeutic practice. My training includes 75 hours in embodied social justice (The Embody Lab) and 75 hours in mindfulness facilitation (MNDFL). I aim to be culturally humble and welcome you calling me in on anything I miss about who you are.
How We Might Work Together
With expertise in mindfulness and expressive arts, I offer a range of creative interventions to help you navigate your healing process. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, emphasizing self-discovery rather than advice-giving. I aim to support you in exploring ways to live more fully and freely. This work can also be done in a coaching format. An updated blog can be found on the blog page about the differences between coaching and therapy.
Who I Work With
I welcome clients of all backgrounds, with a focus on individuals, parents, and teens. I don’t coach school-age children. Working with queer and gender non-conforming individuals is a specialty I have cultivated over the past five years. When working with parents, I emphasize connection before correction, advocating for positive discipline that celebrates successes over traditional reward/punishment models. With teenagers, I provide a confidential space to explore identity, manage existential questions, and navigate the pressures of modern life. Regardless of where you are in life, I would love to explore whether we're a good fit.
