As a Certified Parent Educator in a technique called Positive Discipline I help parents to see their children as holistic and empowered individuals.  This method helps parents set limits with love and empathy, and without punishment.  I would love to come speak to your PTA, preschool or staff meting or home, and talk about positive discipline.

Additionally, I have specialized training in mindfulness and I can offer trainings on the topic of self-care, mindfulness practices and overall well-being.  I enjoy working with people of all ages. Coming from the world of education (I taught kids two to fourteen in diverse New York City settings) I have a deep understanding of human development.  I also worked as an acting teacher and through that work, I gained many skills in observing moment-to-moment process. I believe an awareness of the present moment moves you toward a better life performance. When you meet with me you will you will find an open, non-judgmental listener.

My goal in each interaction is that you will feel seen and heard.  I am available to come your business or organization and offer talks on the above mentioned topics, relationship building among colleagues or I can tailor a talk to suite your individual needs.  I hope you will reach out and we can collaborate soon.
