Parenting sessions and family therapy will help you navigate the ups and downs of parenting. When you come to a Positive Discipline parent coaching session, you will leave with homework and a personalized action plan for your family.

You will receive handouts, guidelines for family meetings, and inspiration to set consistent limits. Instead of letting kids push our parenting buttons, we need to push ourselves to model the behavior we wish to see.

In individual therapy for kids, I involved the parents when the child is younger. This therapy format is called co-join family therapy. You can always schedule extra parenting sessions when your child is in therapy with me. The child maintains their confidentiality, but you get the support you need to help them develop and grow.
